If you are talking about the export and import of cargo then any airline can carry the goods for you. The customs authorities in both the exporting country and the importing country will process the paperwork and levy any charges due.

Many airlines have freight/cargo departments or, in some cases, subsidiary companies, who will handle the entire package for you including ground based transport, paperwork preparation, customs processing, export, import, customs processing, and delivery to final consignee.

There are also a plethora of specialist companies all over the world who will handle this and simply buy space on an appropriate flight.
