i booked thro goibibo. goibibo says ask goair first, goair never answers the call. the flight was scheduled for 19 dec, 2010 chd-bom

You say you booked your flights with Goibibo and not direct with Goair. Goibibo should therefore, in my view, be handling this matter for you, as your agent. Had you booked with Goair you could have logged in to your account and taken it from there, but you are not in a position to do that.



Get back in touch with Goibibo and ask them to sort this for you -

Incidentally, there is no CHD airport code. What used to be Williams Gateway Airport (CHD) is now Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport, Arizona (AZA). I think you must mean IXC which is the code for Chandigarh Airport.

You're going to have to keep calling GoAir until you get a representative to pick up. Let them know of the situation, and that you want a full refund. They should be able to accommodate you. You could also send them an email.

its a good reward for u to book online airticket, if u book through travel agent then i will be liable to refund u.



anyway go to airline office, take cancel full refund stamp on it, airline will refund amount from which source of a/c it collect payment.

call goIbibo customer care within one day, also call GoAir.
