They have announced yesterday the route has been ceased because of the negotiation with the airport for the airport charge or something could not reach the agreement...anyway they won't fly to Basel anymore and I have note received any e-mail from them, the news section on Ryanair web said that they would contact all passengers with full refund the coming week(They should really tell us now though..because If we have to buy new ticket with Easy jet or what ever is already expensive now!!
I am very upset about this and I think they shoud provide the alternative ticket to Basel (with Easy jet or Swiss or whatever)
If i knew this in advance I would have booked with Easyjet in the first place to get cheap price (I booked this about 2weeks ago and was good deal)
Please advise I will call them now and tell them they should take me to Basel whatever it takes as that is not our (passengers problem)
tell me what to tell them for this
