I received a call from United Airlines changing my flight dates/times. However, for days I have been trying to get someone to assist and keep being told different stories by different people in India. Is there anyway that someone could provide the United Airlines Premier Executive, Exec or 1k number? I would really appreciate it since they left me us in a huge bind since no one is able to help nor have I once got an American on the phone. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

Just so you know, after you call the United 1K number, you're prompted for your Mileage Plus number. If it's not verified as being elite, the call is automatically dropped =/

Hope everything works out for you!

The phone number is easily obtainable on the website through your Mileage Plus account if you are Premier Executive or 1K. I don't believe that calling the number will help you very much if you don't have those status levels, as they'll generally reroute you back to general customer service. These are not numbers designed to be used by anyone, which is why they don't make them easier to find.

800-225-8900 seems to be the right number. This is the only place I could find it BTW after searching the internet.

I am Premier exec and I could not find it anywhere on the United site, and I wanted it because I had a complex reservation that required assistance and all I get on the general number is an Indian call center. These foreign agents are hard to understand and don't always get complex reservations or understand basic U.S. geography sometimes needed to route flights.

1-800-UNITED-1 should work. Those representatives are required to speak English as long as you don't ask for Spanish or Asian languages. Yes, unfortunately, unless you have status with UA, you will be transferred to the main customer service line. I have never had an issue with a language barrier in my communications with them, but if you feel like you cannot find a representative who speaks English, you could always try their customer service desk at an airport near you. I know that this is inconvenient, but you will definitely be able to speak to a person this way. In general, they will contact you before making scheduling changes, and if these scheduling changes are significant (more than 2 hours), you should have the option of changing your flight such that you arrive at your destination in a timely manner. This is from their Contract of Carriage, which states: WHEN A PASSENGER WILL BE DELAYED BECAUSE OF A SCHEDULE IRREGULARITY INVOLVING A UA FLIGHT WHICH, FOR THE PURPOSES OF THIS RULE, FLIGHT DELAYS EXCEEDING 2 HRS., OR UA CANCELS THE PASSENGER'S RESERVATION PURSUANT TO PARAGRAPHS A) OR D), RULE 135 (CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS) EXCEPT FOR CANCELLATIONS OF RESERVATIONS DUE TO A WORK STOPPAGE: A) UA WILL TRANSPORT THE PASSENGER WITHOUT STOPOVER ON ITS NEXT FLIGHT ON WHICH SPACE IS AVAILABLE IN THE SAME CLASS OF SERVICE AS THE PASSENGER'S ORIGINAL OUTBOUND FLIGHT AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO THE PASSENGER You can take a look at further stipulations in their Contract online to see if anything else applies to you. Point these items out when speaking with the representative, and they should take care of you in no time.

The Premier Executive Number is 1.800.225.8900, you need to have your mileage plus number ready to enter in. You still have to go through the recording, but this should get you in line faster than general reservations.

Oh, I know what you mean too, you can hardly understand what those people are saying let alone them understanding you!!

While someone has already given you the numbers, they won't be of any help to you if you don't have status. People who don't hold the proper status will be routed back to the general number, as these numbers are designed specifically to be used by the people who actually have the status.

I would like to ask the same question as the previous person.
