Is there enough connection time between my flights?

I want to travel to Minneapolis from Aberdeen in Summer this year. I have found great flights, but I'm just not sure if there is enough connection time between each flight. I fly from:

Aberdeen(Dyce) to London(Heathrow), and from Heathrow to Chicago(O'Hare Itnl) - Connection time is 1 hour 50 minutes. I then travel from Chicago - Minneapolis. - Connection time 2 hours 20 minutes.

On my way back the flights are from Minneapolis to Chicago(O'Hare Itnl) - Connection time is 1 hour 50 minutes. I then travel from Chicago to Heathrow - Connection time 1 hour 45 minutes and Heathrow to Aberdeen.

I know it's quite an unconvential question, but I'm not very sure if this is enough time between these connection to catch the next flight. It would be great if there was.

Can anyone please advise on this?

Thank you.

That's plenty of time, you don't have anything to worry about.

As long as your arrival is not seriously delayed, those transit times should be fine and wouldn't cause me any undue stress.

Depending on the airport it's when the transit time drops to below about 1 hour 20 mins that I get a sweat on

Even if you were delayed and either missed an onward flight connection entirely or were too late for boarding, it is not an unusual occurance and airport staff are well used to dealing with it and will do their best to get you on the next available flight.

If your connection time in Chicago is over 2 hours I would say that should be enough time because you will need to pick-up your bags and recheck them with the airline you are flying to Minneapolis. Also you will be going through customs and immigration in Chicago. That is why you want at least 2 hours to connect in Chicago.

Yes enough time. Connecting flights do not require you to check in at each airport.
